HR Due Diligence (HRDD) is a framework to evaluate the severity of human capital risks during a merger or acquisition.

The objective of HRDD will be to analyze and compare the similarities and differences of the two companies, to identify risks and key issues related to regulatory compliance to assessĀ  the impact of liabilities and human resource expenses per head of new company and to formulate strategies, policies, work plans, and personnel management guidelines.
