Yundyong brings to the firm over two decades’ worth of intensive business
experience across a wide spectrum of industries, including an in-depth
knowledge in almost every major industry sector in Thailand, e.g.,
Telecommunications, Information Technology, Pulp and Paper, Mining,
Utilities (power & water), Logistics, Agriculture, Energy, Banking,
Securities and Retails sectors. Originally a chemical engineer by trade,
Yundyong first transitioned into finance as an investment banker, before
progressing to assume the roles of financial advisor, consultant, insolvency
practitioner, and turnaround specialist. Yundyong entered the financial sphere in 1994 when he joined TISCO Securities Co., Ltd., then the leading investment banking organization in Thailand. As an investment banker, Yundyong specialized in privatization, M&A and fund raising, such as project finance, debenture issuance and initial public offerings. His advisory work encompassed a number of industries including energy, petrochemicals, utilities, telecommunications, real estate and transportation. Moreover, his advisory work in privatization also covered almost all of the major state-owned enterprises in Thailand, including, the Petroleum Authority of Thailand (PTT) and several of its subsidiary petrochemical units, Electric Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), Airports of Thailand Company Limited (AOT), and The Communications Authority of Thailand MCOT. In 1999, Yundyong joined Ferrier Hodgson Thailand, where he managed numerous major debt-restructuring transactions. as Planner and/or Plan Administrator. under the Bankruptcy Court’s rehabilitation process. In 2003, Yundyong, joined two other Ferrier Hodgson directors to establish Baker Tilly in Thailand A seasoned professional, Yundyong continues to lend his coveted valuable capabilities and relentless determination on projects, particularly in the areas of debt restructurings, M&A, and corporate financing deals. |

John has been living and working in Thailand since 1998 in the restructuring
field, as Planner; Plan Administrator; or Advisor. John has completed Thai
assignments in the following industries:
John has had 28 years banking experience, with trading banks; merchant banks and investment banks. He was Regional Manager with the State Bank of NSW as their agricultural specialist in Asset Management and later transferred to the role of Credit Administrator, again specializing in agriculture. Whilst with the bank, John completed his mediation accreditation and became the bank’s chief negotiator. John has completed over 110 mediations in Australia and in Thailand. In 2000 he co-mediated four matters with Sir Laurence Street on behalf of the Bank of Thailand, sponsored by the World Bank. John had previously been engaged by the World Bank to lecture in Thailand on negotiation and cultural issues. John was well known in Australia as an innovative thinker and was responsible for introducing:

Warwick was a twenty-eight year Australian banking veteran before joining
Ferrier Hodgson Thailand in 1999. Warwick held Regional or State Manager banking positions in Australia, specializing in distressed asset management and corporate recovery. Industry sectors covered were wide ranging and included agriculture, property construction and development, manufacturing, printing, audio-visual communications and hotels. Since commencing in Thailand, Warwick has acted in the capacity of director of a number of planner companies including a large, well known department store group; one of Thailand’s largest IT manufacturers and wholesaler of PC’s and printers, in which he was instrumental in taking through all stages of rehabilitation to finally re-listing on the SET and ultimately negotiating a take-out by a large strategic investor. Warwick has also overseen preparation of rehabilitation plans in a number of key industries in Thailand including hot-roll steel milling, textiles, paper manufacturing, hotels and food processing. In more recent times, Warwick has been involved as a advisor to regional governments looking to restructure and/or privatize their investments. Warwick is a seasoned finance professional and combines a high degree of commercial acumen and experience, with formal qualifications in finance, real estate valuation, management and agriculture. |

Amnaj Mungkornpun has joined Baker Tilly Thailand (formerly Ferrier Hodgson)
in December 1999. Prior to joining the Baker Tilly Amnaj worked for many years with one of Thailand’s largest cement manufacturers. His responsibilities included oversight of the accounting and reporting system; preparation of consolidated financial statements and other management reports; as well as monthly, quarterly and annual budgets. Amnaj has gained considerable experience in accounting system development in a number of industries, resulting in a thorough understanding of the related business processes, workflow, internal accounting procedures and information systems. In addition his involvement in the corporate accounting functions has provided him with extensive knowledge of the Thai government regulations and tax issues encountered by companies doing business in Thailand. At Baker Tilly Thailand, Amnaj has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisition; debt restructuring; company and loan due diligence; financial forecasting; business valuation; and industry analysis. Industries include logistics; retail; hotels; mining; securities; brewery; agri-products; petrochemical; textile; property development; shipping; and pulp and paper. Amnaj has substantive regulatory knowledge for the Securities and Exchange Commission; the Stock Exchange of Thailand; as well as other government bodies. Amnaj is a visiting lecturer at the International College (Rangsit University) in finance and accounting. |
