Overview
Our Audit and Tax Groups are very different to other international firms present in Thailand. Whilst we also offer a global reach through over 450 independent member firms, our staff focus on local and regional issues that may impact on clients, especially for inbound investment clients. Whilst audit is a statutory requirement in Thailand, we look to provide a risk based audit result that can be used by management to better protect their business. Additionally, maximizing a clients tax position is best achieved if structured prior to formally investing in Thailand. Our tax advisors will ensure clients take advantage of any tax treaties available to them, as well as ensure the company structure satisfies local and international requirements.

We are an independent member of Baker Tilly International.  Baker Tilly International is a United Kingdom registered company limited by guarantee.  Each of the member firms is a separate and independent legal entity.  Baker Tilly, the independent member of Baker Tilly International in the United Kingdom, is the owner of the Baker Tilly trademark.  Neither Baker Tilly International nor any of its member firms has any liability for each other’s actors or omissions.
